Edward Pollard 1855-1908, with his wife Martha "Pattie" Pollard, née Mardon 1867-1910. Parents-in-law of Ethel Heard. Tragically Pattie died two years after Edward, being taken ill on a Friday and dying the following day. Nine children were left orphaned.
